We have read fiction and non-fiction books all week about apples. We have sorted apples by colors, we have sequenced apples with numbers on them, and wrote letters in apples.
Here are some facts we have learned about apples from the non-fiction books we read.
- Apples grow from seeds.
- Seeds grow into trees.
- Apples need water, sun, and air to grow.
- We pick apples in the fall.
- Apples can be red, yellow, or green.
