We had a very busy and productive 1st of school!!! I am sure all of your kindergarteners came home very tired. We spent the day getting to know each other names, exploring the classroom and school, singing songs, reading books, and learning some basic classroom routines. Kindergarteners also did some guided discovery of pencils/paper/crayons and math manipulatives. Kindergarteners traced their names with pencils, colored with crayons, and explored math manipulatives.
