What’s Happening:
*We will start out with hot dogs, chips, cookie, and
a beverage, which will be served in Mrs. Leach’s room (K-103) from 5:00-5:30.
*After eating, we will spend approximately 15
minutes talking about the reading and math essential outcomes your child is
working on in school. Then you will be
free to visit and complete the activities in each classroom. The activities include:
*DEAR
(Drop Everything and Read)/Book Swap in Mrs. Nelson’s room
*Make
and take literacy game in Ms. Olson’s room
*Make
and take numeracy game in Mrs. Burnett’s room
-Please
bring gently used books to swap with other families. For every book you bring you will be able to
pick out a different book to bring home.
