We had a great first day of school!! We had an assembly in the morning where staff introduced themselves and danced to the song "celebrate." Students also learned how to do the cupid shuffle. We read books, sang songs, took a tour of the school, went to art class, learned about coming to and from the carpet, worked on lining up, bathroom procedures, practiced putting lunch numbers into machine, had a yummy lunch, had snack in the room, rested for 20 minutes and went outside to recess after learning the playground rules. Hope everyone had a good first day of school!
